Do I need to pay to join CareHub?
No. Joining CareHub and creating your profile is completely free. No membership fees or listing charges for caregivers.
Can I apply if my license/registration has lapsed?
For nurses and therapists, valid current registration is mandatory. Please renew your license before applying. Caregivers without professional licenses can still apply.
How long is the police report valid?
Police reports should be issued within the last 6 months at the time of application.
Can I work while my application is being reviewed?
No, your profile will only be visible to families once verification is complete and approved.
What if I don't have professional references?
References can be from previous employers, supervisors, or professional colleagues. Character references from community leaders are also acceptable for entry-level caregivers.
