What if the caregiver stops working?
You only earn commission on completed jobs. If they pause, your commission pauses. If they return within 12 months, it resumes.
Can I refer families too?
Currently, the partner program focuses on caregiver referrals. Family referrals help grow the platform but don't earn commission.
Is there a limit to how many I can refer?
No limit! The more qualified caregivers you refer, the more you can earn.
How do I know my referrals are tracked correctly?
Real-time dashboard shows all your referrals, their status, and earnings. Plus monthly detailed statements.
What if someone uses my code by mistake?
Contact support within 48 hours with details. We can reassign if there's clear evidence of error.
Are commission rates guaranteed forever?
Rates (currently up to 5%) are revisable based on platform performance and partnership agreements. We provide 30 days notice before any changes.
Can caregivers also be partners?
Yes! Caregivers can refer their friends/colleagues and earn additional income through the partner program.
Do I need to verify caregivers?
No, CareHub handles all verification. You just share your code and we do the credential checks, background screening, etc.
What if there's a dispute with a referral?
Contact our partner support team. We have a dispute resolution process for attribution and commission issues.
